Last week I had the privilege of meeting Tania and Ashley at our Wine & Cheese Makeover event. These amazing, beautiful and make you laugh til you cry ladies were so much fun to have at our event. My mom, Independent Beauty Consultant, Marianna Markiet met Tania a few weeks ago when she was visiting a patient at her job. My mom invited her to our makeover event and she shared her makeover with her friend Ashley. Let's meet them!
Tania - who used Mac foundation was unhappy with how her foundation felt. She said she felt like her skin couldn't breathe and that it was "caked" on whenever she wore it. In addition, she had to mix TWO different foundation brands just to get the right color for her skin. She also had a little facial masking - which can be caused by sun exposure, age, medications etc. In this case she believed her skin changed colors due to over exposure to the sun. She told my mom "you won't be able to match my skin with one foundation". My moms reply ... "challenge accepted". When her makeover was complete, Tania could not believe how flawless her skin looked with Mary Kay's Cream To Powder foundation. My mom was able to match her on the first attempt and she only needed to use one foundation shade. The Cream To Powder foundation dries to a smooth matte finish; which was perfect for Tania's oily skin.
Ashley - didn't really have a skin care regimen and didn't wear much makeup but was also eager to learn how to put on makeup for herself. I spent a little time with her showing her how to apply her makeup and selected the Mary Kay At Play Baked Eye Trio in Sunset Beach for her look. She loved the soft and natural look of her eye colors and the sheer foundation coverage of Mary Kay CC Cream.
My mom and I truly enjoyed meeting these ladies and are grateful for them allowing us to share a part in their lives. They were also gracious enough to allow us to post their pictures on my blog. Feel free to comment and to share praises with them.
